Dually and Litty’s Kissing Booth



Dually and Litty will celebrate this Valentine’s Day by spreading love and joy to all players with a kissing booth. Your mission is to help them build and decorate it so they can share their affection with all Tibians.


GENERAL RULES

  1. Entries can be posted starting from February 07, 2025 and will be accepted until the server save on March 10 (10:00 CET).

  2. Your mission is to create a Kissing Booth (REMEMBER THAT IT HAS TO BE CRAFTED BY YOURSELF). The theme is based on Valentine’s Day, Tibia-related items, and something that identifies with Tibia Duality. (The booth CANNOT be purchased; it must be handmade by you.)

  3. The booth must be manually created, painted, and/or decorated; you may use any type of material for decoration, but the use of printed or digital materials is NOT allowed (3D printers, laser printers, or any machine that does the work for you).


  4. Tibia Duality reserves the right to use/publish and distribute the entries on our social media, website, and other platforms.

  5. Your entry must not contain images of explicit violence, sexual content, or racist material.

  6. Entries must be posted in the "entradas-entry" channel of the Tibia Duality Discord .

  7. You must upload ONLY 4 photos of the process and 2 photos of the final product, meaning a total of 6 photos for your entry to be valid. (If your entry does not contain the exact number and type of required photos, it will be invalid.) Optionally, you may record a video showcasing your booth.

  8. All 6 photos must include a HANDMADE sign with the phrase: "Dually and Litty’s Kissing Booth 2025" (Please, DO NOT INCLUDE your character’s name).

  9. Your Discord entry must include the following information: Your character’s name and server.

  10. To be eligible, your character must be at least level 150 and have a minimum of 100 achievement points.

  11. Your character MUST NOT be hidden during the event period; if you hide your character at any point after posting your entry or during the contest, your entry will be invalid/disqualified.

  12. The use of multiple accounts is PROHIBITED.

  13. You may present your booth however you like; however, the background setting will not be considered for judging.

  14. Participants may submit as many entries as they like, but they can only win ONE prize/place on the podium.
    (PLEASE: Keep in mind that if you submit multiple entries, only ONE of them will be selected to proceed to the semifinals. This means that submitting multiple entries could prevent your preferred submission from being selected.)

  15. Your entry must be specifically created for this contest; the use of previous contest works and/or elements is not allowed.

  16. Tibia Duality staff members are not allowed to participate in this contest.

  17. The Tibia Duality administrator will react with an emoji to entries up until one day before the contest deadline. This will allow participants to know if their submission was accepted or not, and the reason why. (Please note that if you submit your entry incorrectly within the final hours, you may not have time to correct it.)

  18. Entries that do not comply with all of the above rules will not be accepted, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

In this contest, you ARE ALLOWED to print an image of Dually and Litty if you wish to place it on your booth. This will be the ONLY PRINTED MATERIAL allowed in your entry. We will provide the PNG image below if you would like to use it. Keep in mind that this will not grant extra points during the evaluation process.

RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT submit your post at the last minute, as you may not have enough time to correct any mistakes. We don’t want any entries to be disqualified due to an error that could have been fixed.

REMEMBER: Your entry must be created by you and exclusively for the Tibia Duality contest.

IMPORTANT: Tibia Duality reserves the right to disqualify participants in cases of plagiarism, copying, purchasing the product, or any other suspected rule violations.

WINNER SELECTION

The Tibia Duality staff will select 10 semi-finalists to be sent to the Admin Forum of various Fansites, where they will vote to choose the top 5 finalists. These finalists will then be sent to CipSoft’s Community Managers (CMs), who will select the top 3 winners.

    What will we evaluate?

  1. The creativity and originality of your kissing booth.

  2. The relevance of your entry to the game, Tibia Duality, and Valentine’s Day.

  3. The final aesthetics of your kissing booth.

  4. Compliance with the rules mentioned above.


    5. IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that using "expensive" materials does not guarantee a place on the podium. Our main goal in contests is to encourage player creativity.




REMEMBER: To select the winners, your entry will be evaluated in 3 DIFFERENT VOTING STAGES by more than 10 to 15 people in total, each with different tastes and preferences.


PRIZES


    First Place: Golden Warrior Trophy + Choose between Duality Doll , Yellow Rose , or Bear Doll .

    Second Place: Silver Warrior Trophy + Choose between the remaining two items.

    Third Place: Bronze Warrior Trophy + Final Item + Golden Rune Emblem of your choice .
