FAD CELEBRATION



Dually and Litty are celebrating Fansite Appreciation Day and have decided to gather with other fansite pets/items. On this occasion, your mission will be to portray the celebration scene where they appear accompanied by at least 2 extra Fansite Items from Active Fansites. Let your imagination run wild and show us how you think they would celebrate this day.


GENERAL RULES

  1. Entries can be posted starting from the server save on March 24, 2025 and submissions will be accepted until the server save on April 18 (10:00 CEST).

  2. Your mission is to create a HANDMADE DRAWING (REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST DO IT YOURSELF). The theme is based on Duality, Litty, and 2 fansite items (oficials and actives) of your choice celebrating this special occasion.

  3. The drawing must be manually made, painted, and/or decorated. USE OF PRINTED OR DIGITAL MATERIALS IS NOT ALLOWED (3D printers, laser printers, or any machine that creates the work for you).


  4. Tibia Duality reserves the right to use/publish and share the submissions on our social media, website, and more.

  5. Your entry must not contain images of explicit violence, sexual content, or racist material.

  6. Submissions must be posted in the "entradas-entry" channel of the Tibia Duality Discord .

  7. You must upload ONLY 4 photos of the process and 2 photos of the final work, meaning 6 photos in total for your entry to be valid. (If your entry does not contain the exact number and type of required photos, it will be invalid). Optionally, you can record a video showing your drawing.

  8. In all 6 photos, a HANDMADE sign with the phrase: "FAD - Tibia Duality 2025" must be present. (Please DO NOT INCLUDE your character's name).

  9. Your Discord entry must include the following information: Your character's name and server.

  10. To be eligible, your character must be above level 150 and have at least 100 achievement points.

  11. Your character MUST NOT be hidden in tibia.com during the event period. If your participation is posted while your character is hidden or you hide it during the contest, your entry will be invalid/disqualified.

  12. The use of multiple accounts is PROHIBITED.

  13. You may present your drawing in any way you wish; however, the background setting will not be considered when judging.

  14. Participants may submit as many entries as they wish, but they can only win ONE prize/position on the podium.
    (PLEASE NOTE: If you submit multiple entries, only ONE will be selected as a semifinalist. Keep this in mind as it could prevent your preferred entry from being chosen.)

  15. Your entry must be specifically created for this contest; previous contest works and/or details are not allowed.

  16. Tibia Duality staff members are not allowed to participate in this contest.

  17. The Tibia Duality administrator will react with an emoji on the entries up to one day before the contest deadline. This will let participants know whether their entry was accepted or rejected and the reason. (Please note that if you submit your entry incorrectly at the last minute, you may not have time to correct it.)

  18. Entries that do not comply with all the above rules will not be accepted, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT submit your entry at the last minute, as you may not have time to correct any errors. We don’t want any entries to be disqualified due to fixable mistakes.

REMEMBER: Your entry must be made by you and exclusively for the Tibia Duality contest. ENTRIES CREATED BY SOMEONE ELSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, regardless of any agreement between the parties.

IMPORTANT: Tibia Duality reserves the right to disqualify participants in cases of plagiarism, copying, product purchase, or any other suspicion of rule violations.

WINNER SELECTION

The Tibia Duality staff will select 10 semifinalists to be sent to the Admins Forum of various Fansites, where they will vote to choose the 5 finalists. These finalists will then be sent to Cipsoft’s Community Managers (CMs), who will select the top 3 winners.

    What will we evaluate?

  1. The creativity and originality of your drawing.

  2. The relationship of your entry with the game, Tibia Duality, and Fansite Appreciation Day.

  3. The final aesthetics of your drawing.

  4. Compliance with the aforementioned rules.




REMEMBER: To select the winners, your entry will be evaluated in 3 DIFFERENT voting stages by more than 10 to 15 people, each with different tastes and preferences.


PRIZES


    First Place: Golden Warrior Trophy + Choose between Duality Doll , Tome of your choice or Nightmare Doll .

    Second Place: Silver Warrior Trophy + Choose from the 2 remaining items.

    Third Place: Bronze Warrior Trophy + Final Item + Golden Rune Emblem of your choice .
